Developments by Joseph Homes is a quality bespoke house builder based at Wynyard Park.

After creating the corporate identity to establish the required brand market definition, Phillips Creative were asked to develop the logo across all sales materials and literature, the design of marketing suite graphics and displays, external signage, and website.

Phillips Creative expertise was also called upon to assist with architectural design and landscaping. A series of watercolour illustrations were produced to highlight the quality build and stylings of the individual house types.
