Joseph Homes — Rosewood Place
Rosewood Place is a new small community development within the greater expanse of Wynyard Park.
Phillips Creative was appointed to create an identity and literature for the development, including a series of specially commissioned watercolour paintings produced in-house as an alternative to clinical CGI renderings.
The Rosewood Place sales brochure. A more traditional means of artist’s impression than CGI, watercolour paintings for all three house types as well as aerial views were commissioned.
